Blair Gilmour, P. Eng. Blair Gilmour, a professional engineer and a principal in OPM, has over 25 years of hands on experience covering all aspects of the real estate industry in Canada including development and construction experience overseas. His responsibilities, have covered the full spectrum of project development from identifying and evaluating project opportunities to organizing and coordinating Client user groups and managing large and diverse Project Teams. Blair has assisted many Clients in the evaluation of development concepts and suitable project delivery strategies in the implementation of many complex Projects. Paul Lametti, P. Eng. With 28 years in the industry, including 13 years with his own general contracting firm, Paul has had total responsibility for the management and development of projects covering most asset classes including institutional, commercial, industrial and health care. Paul, a professional engineer and a principal in OPM, has extensive experience in project management, construction management, estimating and on-site superintendence on a multi project basis. Paul is a highly skilled construction professional with a very successful track record in delivering significant value to his Clients. Larry O’Brecht Larry's extensive experience in Project development and construction spans the last 30 years. Larry's well recognized project management capability is strongly rooted in his broad career development ranging from on-site construction management duties as a construction superintendent, day-to-day project responsibility as an on-site project manager and overall project responsibility on a multi project basis as a principal in OPM since 1987. Larry's project experience ranges across most asset classes and includes institutional, commercial, industrial and health care Projects. Peter McCarthy Peter, as the founding principal of OPM, has been very active in the construction and development industry over the past 30 years. His experience includes on-site construction management responsibility at the superintendent and project manager level with a major Canadian general contractor, development management responsibilities at executive level for major Canadian development companies and day-to-day project management responsibility with OPM. Peter's project experience ranges across most asset classes and includes institutional, commercial, retail, industrial and health care Projects. |
