Procurement and Move Management Services
- Manage the interaction between design consultants and user and tenant
groups to determine specific furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E)
requirements;
- Provide ongoing value analysis with the prime objective of containing
first costs without sacrificing quality and lifecycle sustainability;
- Coordinate the development by design consultants of detailed FF&E
specifications based on product selections;
- Manage tendering and award of FF&E packages in accordance with
the Client’s procurement policies and practices
- Coordinate all FF&E delivery and installation activity in accordance
with the Control Schedule for the overall project; and,
- Review and process all invoicing for timely payment;
- Coordinate with all user and tenant groups to develop an effective
overall move strategy and schedule in accordance with the Substantial
Completion of base building and tenant improvement construction;
- Coordinate all move-in activity including furniture deliveries and
assembly and IT installations including data and telephone equipment
and cable management; and,
- Conduct a post move review with all user and tenant groups to ensure
all deficiencies are identified and rectified in a timely and non-disruptive
manner by the contractor.
