Pre-development Services
- Prepare cost estimates, economic feasibility studies, development
pro-formas and sensitivity analysis based on alternate sites, development
concepts and construction methodology;
- Undertake strategic planning analysis including site selection and
coordination of zoning review through local municipalities;
- Direct site master planning based on a multi-phased build out where
required;
- Coordinate the negotiation and timely processing of minor variance,
re-zoning and severances applications;
- Review and quantify development charges and levies; and,
- Conduct detailed due diligence review and analysis to assist acquisition
efforts.
