  • Construction of an integrated $25M 250-bed residence and 35,000 sq. ft. teaching facilities for Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, the Office of Research and Graduate Studies and the First Peoples House of Learning for Native Studies;
  • In particular the project scope, in addition to the residence, includes two lecture halls, a 100-seat performance theatre, a 60-seat case study room and eight classrooms;
  • OPM was retained by Trent University as Project Manager at commencement of Construction Phase to rectify significant budget and schedule control problems;
  • The complexity of base building design has resulted in difficulty in the construction manager’s implementation of the project;
  • In conjunction with the Project Team, OPM has developed necessary contingency planning to meet project schedule and budget expectations.
