- $25M 250-bed residence and 35,000
ft2 teaching facility for Business Administration, Economics,
Mathematics, the Office of Research and Graduate Studies and the
First Peoples House of Learning for Native Studies;
- This project, established on a prominent site on the east campus, is also unique in its architectural approach. The lower floor houses new lecture halls, classrooms, and the 100 seat Nozhem First Peoples Performance Space. This unique multi-purpose theatre space is fully flexible in its layout and is utilized for the presentation of performances and cultural ceremonies;
- OPM was retained by Trent University as Project Manager at commencement
of the Construction Phase to rectify significant budget and schedule
control problems;
- The Project was successfully completed.
