- $25M 250-bed residence and 35,000
GFA teaching facility for Business Administration, Economics,
Mathematics, the Office of Research and Graduate Studies and the
First Peoples House of Learning for Native Studies;
- The project scope, in addition to the residence,
includes two lecture halls, a 100-seat performance theatre, a 60-seat
case study room and eight classrooms;
- OPM was retained by Trent University as Project Manager at commencement
of the Construction Phase to rectify significant budget and schedule
control problems;
- The Project was successfully completed.
