- OPM was retained by GWLRA to manage the multi-phase
Master Plan development of this 26 acre corporate business park
in Markham, ON;
- The phase I building occupied by GEAC was pre-existing;
- $84.2M, 450,000 GFA multi-phase development including extensive site landscaping, surface parking and a 1,050
stall above grade parking garage;
- OPM assisted GWLRA through all phases of this complex development,
assembled the Project Teams by project phase; managed the design
process, budgeting, value analysis trade tendering and negotiation,
base building construction and tenant improvements, occupancy and project close
out;
- The development of Allstate Corporate Centre established a
prominent western gateway for the Town of Markham. This development
is the Canadian corporate home of international technology based
companies such as GEAC, Sun Microsystems and InSystems.
