- $23 million, 5 level office building with one level of underground
parking;
- OPM, retained by GWL Realty Advisors during the pre-development
stage of the Project, completed a detailed feasibility analysis
to assist GWL in the preparation of its development pro-forma and
establish the financial viability of the Project;
- The lead tenant’s lease agreement set the completion date
for the Project and necessitated a fast track implementation of
both the base building and turnkey build out of tenant improvements;
- To meet this tight delivery, OPM assembled the Project Team
including construction manager, managed the design and value analysis
process, established the control budget and master schedule, participated
in trade tendering and negotiations and oversaw the fast track
construction of the Project;
- The project was successfully completed on schedule and budget.
