- $23 million, 5 level office building with one level of underground
parking;
- OPM, retained by GWLRA during the pre-development
phase of the Project, completed a detailed feasibility analysis
to assist GWLRA in the preparation of its feasibility analysis for the Project;
- Canadian Standards Association is the lead tenant for the Project. CSA's required commencement of lease term set the completion and occupancy date
for the Project requiring a fast track implementation of
both the base building and turnkey build out of tenant improvements;
- To meet this tight delivery, OPM assembled the Project Team
including construction manager, managed the design and value analysis
process, established the control budget and master schedule, participated
in trade tendering and negotiations, oversaw the fast track
construction and close out of the Project;
- The project was successfully completed on schedule and budget.
