and 350 seat food service facility;
- OPM retained by McMaster University to take over management of
a project that had been designed and tendered and was substantially
over budget and behind schedule;
- Over five weeks OPM conducted value analysis sessions that generated
$5 million in construction cost savings;
- OPM also assisted McMaster University in securing project
financing;
- The Project was completed on schedule and budget.
