  • OPM was retained to undertake a due diligence level review of project master planning, functional programming, regulatory approvals, project budget and schedule, working drawings and specifications for six “build-finance” hospital expansion and renovation projects. The primary objective of these assignments was to fully assess the readiness of each Project to proceed to tender and construction;
  • OPM reviewed the status of regulatory approvals and if such approvals were incomplete, quantify the risk and impact on each project’s schedule, budget and implementation plan. In addition, OPM was requested to recommend strategic approaches to expedite required approvals. OPM reviewed each project team’s organization to evaluate capability and experience;
  • OPM reviewed the completeness of project planning for minimizing impact on hospital services during the construction period;
  • OPM reviewed the detailed breakdown of each project‘s implementation plan to ensure that construction activities were logically sequenced, timed and dependencies had been identified and incorporated to accurately reflect each project’s critical path.
