- OPM was retained by McMaster University to manage the development of this complex $11M interior renovation project throughout its Pre-construction, Construction and Post Construction phases;
- Hamilton Hall, renamed the James Stewart Centre for Mathematics following its renovation, was constructed in 1929 and is a historically designated building. In the design of this project the building's ivy clad gothic exterior was maintained while its original interior improvements were fully demolished;
- The resulting renovation created a very open and flexible modern teaching environment that adapts fully to the dynamic learning environment;
- The project was awarded the Governor General's Medal in Architecture for the uniqueness of its design. The project was successfully completed on schedule and budget.
