- OPM was retained by Victoria University to establish, lead and manage the project team in the $16M renovation and expansion of the historically significant Wymilwood Student Centre to be renamed the Goldring Student Centre after the project’s private funding benefactor. Moriyama and Teshima Architect's concept reflects a highly sensitive and organic level of design both in new construction and restoration of the existing historically significant building;
- The project includes for the renovation of approximately 15,000 ft2 of existing heritage space to accommodate current building code and accessibility requirements. Approximately 17,000 ft2 of new construction will be incorporated into the project to accommodate additional programmatic requirements.
