- $16 million renovation and addition to historically significant Wymilwood Student Centre;
- OPM was retained to lead the Project Team through all phases of the Project;
- The project focuses on the renovation of approximately 15,000 GFA of heritage space to meet current building code and accessibility requirements;
- Approximately 17,000 GFA of new construction will be incorporated into the project to accommodate additional programmatic requirements;
- The project is proceeding on schedule and budget.
