- Crescent School is a private day school for boys in grades 3 through 12. The School is located on a picturesque thirty acre site overlooking the Don Valley Ravine in mid-town Toronto;
- The Lau Family Wing is a new academic wing to accommodate new programmatic requirements for the Middle and Upper Schools. The gross floor area of the new wing is 25,273 ft2 incorporating three storeys and a partial basement. The Lau Family Wing is connected at its west end to the Centre for Creative Learning, which houses the Performing Arts Program;
- The orientation of the building is well suited to the dynamic sloping site. Building glazing is maximized for interior and exterior views. The building structure is reinforced concrete and is clad to match the existing exterior of the Centre for Creative Learning;
- OPM was retained by Crescent School to provide comprehensive project management services throughout all stages of the development of the project.
